To protect the experience for everyone, access to BOND remains invite-only and application-based — every profile is personally reviewed by our team before being welcomed into the network. And just as we’re selective about who enters our database, we’re equally thoughtful about who remains in it. We expect responsiveness, openness, and genuine intention from our members, so the quality of your matches reflects the quality of our community.
How it works?
Our team combines a thoughtful application process, human-led matchmaking, and clear communication so you always know what to expect. Below is exactly how it works—from joining the network to meeting someone in real life.

Start by submitting your application and completing your profile in full. The more detailed you are, the better we can understand your preferences, lifestyle, and relationship goals—and the more thoughtfully we can review your application and consider you for matches.
As part of your profile, please upload 3–6 recent photos that reflect how you look in everyday life and on a great night out. Light touch-ups are fine, but avoid heavy filters or edits. Our goal is to see your natural beauty and authenticity. Please do not upload AI-generated or highly altered images.

Once your application is processed, our team will review it. If accepted, you’ll receive an email inviting you to book a complimentary 10-minute video call with our team. This conversation is comfortable and informal—it’s not an interview. It’s a chance for us to get to know you better, understand your dating goals, and answer any questions you may have.

After your screening, you’ll receive a link to our private webapp. The webapp does not show curated matches; instead, it allows you to quietly browse our network at your own pace. We recommend checking in weekly, as we are continually adding new members across New York (NYC), Florida, California, and Texas.

Our team reviews the men you’ve marked as Yes or Open and takes time to evaluate alignment, compatibility, and energy fit.
When we see a strong potential match, a team member will text you his profile and confirm that you’re comfortable with us sharing your profile in return. At times, you may receive texts from different members of the BOND team—this is normal, and we always recommend replying promptly so we can keep your process moving. If he is also interested, we’ll confirm with you again before facilitating an introduction.

Introductions happen in a group text with one of our team members included. This keeps both parties comfortable and accountable.
Use this chat only to coordinate the date, time, and location.
Keep messages friendly, clear, and concise—no need for extended small talk.
Please send a quick message in the group chat on the day of the date to confirm plans.
If you have questions at any point, you’re welcome to text the BOND member in the group chat directly for support.
Once your first date has taken place, you’re free to continue communicating privately, outside of the group chat.

No. For women, joining the BOND network is complimentary. However, membership is not open to everyone. Each application is reviewed by our team, and admission to the network is invite-only and based on overall alignment with our community.

Matches are curated with care. You may not receive frequent introductions, but when you do, it’s because we believe there is meaningful potential. Quality, alignment, and energy fit always come before volume.

Many clients split their time between multiple cities or travel frequently, so geography is often flexible. If you’re located nearby—or open to meeting someone who travels— we still encourage you to apply.

We ask all members to honor the standards of BOND, which is designed to offer an elevated alternative to dating apps. Please:
Do not ghost before a date.
Communicate respectfully if you need to reschedule and propose a new time.
Respond to profiles and messages in a timely manner, even if the answer is no.
Let our team know if you would prefer us to handle a cancellation on your behalf.
Consistent lack of responsiveness, repeated last-minute cancellations, or no-shows may result in removal from the network.

Engagement helps us keep you top of mind. Respond quickly to profiles, check the webapp regularly, and share feedback after dates. Referrals are also welcome—if you know a friend who may be an excellent fit for a particular client, we’re happy to connect with her as well.

Yes. If you’re entering a relationship or simply taking a break from dating, let us know and we’ll pause your profile until you’re ready to return. If you prefer to be removed entirely, we can do that too—just send us a note.

Yes. Through the BOND Wellness Program, women can access date coaching and support from experienced experts. Coaching can help you build confidence, spot patterns, and refine your approach to modern dating.

At this time, BOND does not take women as paid matchmaking clients. However, we have trusted partners who offer personalized, paid matchmaking services for women, and we’re happy to introduce you to them. You’re always welcome to remain active in the BOND network while working with our partners.
